'It
is never too late to be what you might have become'
George Eliot |
My mission is to facilitate your needs and wants so you can
realize your full potential in a safe environment. I will ensure
you find the answers you are searching for by asking you the
right questions, at the right time and in the right sequence.

Everyday
as technology moves up another gear, driving continuous
changes and developments, our lives become even more hectic
and our quest for happiness silently takes a back seat.
Interestingly, despite the many advantages we have over
our parents and grandparents, we continually realize that
present day society is more rushed, demanding longer working
hours and leaving less and less time for family, loved
ones and most importantly YOU.
Do we forget to remember that
if we are spending so much time working then we cannot
be living a full and enriched life? Most of us spend on
average about 70% of our time, working and sleeping meaning
we have very little time to be with our loved ones. |
The majority
of people are unconsciously going through the motions
of life, in an attempt to get to a place where one day,
they will be happy. Most of us would like to change or
improve at least one area of our lives, be it faster career
progression, having more time for family and friends,
finding a new man or working towards unfulfilled ambitions.
In reality, we never seem to have the time to decide or
even think just what we want or where it is we are going.
Life just sails along while we get caught in the tide.
Sometimes due to unforeseen or often a tragic event or
death of a loved one, we are jolted into the here and
now, silently forced into reassessing our lives, who we
are and where we are going.
It should not take extreme events to awaken us to reality,
life is not a rehearsal therefore although we will have
many opportunities come our way, and most of us will never
get a second chance to make that difference in our life.
Taking time out to think about the quality of your life,
making simple but effective changes is what your coach
will offer you.
Remember, Life is a precious gift. It is about having
fun, continuing to learn, as we grow through rather than
go through life and leaving the world a better place for
having been in it. Through increased self-awareness we
can re-connect with what is important to us and work on
eliminating the limiting self-beliefs we have accepted
and continue to tolerate, in our everyday lives. Armed
with greater self-knowledge and knowing where we are going,
it is possible to forge a compelling future and face any
situation in life with confidence. |

Business
Coaching The
way organizations attract, motivate, develop and retain
people will determine the ultimate success of the company.
Indeed “organizations are nothing but the people
in them”. The common link for most companies is
to add value to their potential by developing the contribution
of their managers and employees.
People need to feel valued and appreciated by their peers
the same way a staff member needs to feel valued as an
individual by their employer. As people are unique in
lots of ways so to are their talents and competencies
which can add great value to the organization. However,
too many organizations are overly competitive and controlling
when they could be supportive and encouraging, and the
style of people management is condescending and defensive,
rather than appreciative and trusting. |
 |
 |
The
traditional ‘control’ approach to people management
is still much in vogue. Such an approach aims to produce
consistent if unspectacular levels of performance and
is generally accepted to be more suited to a stable business
environment and a poorly educated workforce. Today, the
majority of businesses operate in an environment characterized
by rapid change and ever-increasing competition, and workforces
are more diverse and well-educated. A different approach
is therefore required. |
The
real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new
landscapes, but in having new eyes.’
